We chanced upon this website Spinshandbag and seriously, they have the coolest bags ever! They make these really cool handmade bags using LP or CD on one side and the original album cover on the other. Each back comes with a seatbelt strap with black vinyl sides too! No 2 bags are the same!

World Cup Fever

Bonds photoshoot

We had our very first photoshoot with our underwear model, Rachel Lehnen from Denver. Oh my, she's HOT. Tried to infuse a mix of cheeky, androgynous fun into the shoot by making her play with sweets in our BONDs underwear.

This was the preparation shots. The props (sweets from Candy Empire), clothes all laid out in order, the make up artist and our photographer Amos.


Then it was time for the real shots. Here's what I came up with using my own Sony T9 Camera.

one of the few things that come to mind when visiting underwear sites... not the underwear AND sex toys sites... those we'd talk about another day. but those selling just underwear... it's always clean and fresh... almost sterile. how about something more edgy, more grunge?

then again, would you buy something that looks like this?

Story-driven fashion from T-Post

Springwise - Like a wearable magazine , T-post is a t-shirt subscription based on news stories. Every six weeks, the Swedish company takes a new item that has caught their attention, and designs the next t-shirt based on that story.

Recent examples include 'Like Love on Demand' (March issue, above left), sparked by a statement by documentary photographer Jens Assur that the thing he likes about dogs is that they give love on demand. The February issue (above right), titled 'First Condoms, Now This', pictures curly pig tails. The underlying story? Taiwanese researchers breeding glow-in-the-dark pigs.

Every t-shirt comes with its story printed on the inside of the neck, like an elaborate neck tag. After subscribing, customers are sent a new 'issue' every six weeks. Shirts are printed in Stockholm, sold for EUR 26/USD 32 a piece, including shipping. T-post has recently started shipping worldwide. We know there are more online t-shirt businesses than you can shake a stick at, but mixing fast fashion with slower op/ed news coverage should be a winner. (Not to mention a great conversation starter!) Local versions might be even more appealing.

Big brands take on China fakes

Beijing - Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Adidas are among 21 name brands that have hired a US law firm to take legal action against knockoffs of their goods in mainland China.

China is widely regarded as the world's top source of illegal copies of music, movies, software, designer clothes, medicines and other products. Such pirated products are still widely available despite repeated government crackdowns.

As shoppers, discovering any quality fine and that being cheap is good! Greater if they are comfortable too. Nonetheless, businessmen will do whatever it takes to protect their turf. I think the fakes will be around somehow, no matter what happens. The fakers are creative people and will survive whatever it takes.

I don’t know anyone who shops at Victoria’s Secret any more, anyway. Where to buy Bonds Underwear, For Women and Men

We like Victoria Secrets, Diesel, CK and there's also Bonds. They last and are very comfortable. Not many online shops sell Bonds underwear for women and men, babies and youths. I am accessing a few sites where to get them, discounting odd and ends sources like ebay and yahoo.









TSL has the widest range of Bonds, from babies' raglans, men's socks to everyone's towels. Sometimes when you click on an icon, there's nothing. You'll forgive the blank page offer because if you find anything, TSL has the cheapest Bonds in the entire world.

Zodee has the most sites for different countries different currencies albeit all based in Australia. They are painfully organised on the stock levels, colour and range. They also have layers of benefits - register to get 5% discount, recommend friends for more discount and so on. I hope they could just simplify the incentives.

I reckon TSL and Zodee are able to sell Bonds cheaply because they are on the same turf as Bonds Australia. Sidetrack a bit, the Bonds stuffs in Bangkok Central are pricer than in Singapore, not sure about the other Asian countries. Okay back to online Bonds shopping...

Very Yummy, a new online shop for comfy wear just released the latest range of Sweet Nothings and Contrast. They could also offer competitive prices especially the overseas deliveries. Although they said offer men's, I don't see any yet. Perhaps still waiting for stock to arrive : P

Figleaves first leads you to the UK site and provide another for US. Figleaves is the only online shop selling my favourite Bonds' lady boxer briefs, at GBP10. I wish the other online shops will bring in the boxers too.

Of course the best time to shop online is year-end, Figleaves offered FREE delivery to anywhere and more savings if spent over £30 or something. Zodee also had her offers.
